Are your products on-hand in the Philippines?
We do our best to keep products on-hand in our Philippine warehouse. For products that are in our warehouse in the US, we request for your patience as some orders will take a longer delivery time.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store. All orders are coursed through our website. Once in a while, we will participate in pop-up events or bazaars.

We ship USPS for all orders with the exception of heavy bulk packages. For orders above 5 lbs, we will ship via FedEx.
Philippines
You will be contacted by Team CarloPacific.com a day before your order will be out for delivery.

Standard delivery to US addresses is 5-7 days via USPS or FedEx.
Canada
Standard delivery to Canadian addresses is 7-14 days via USPS or FedEx.

For orders shipping from our Philippine distribution warehouse:
– Standard delivery to Metro Manila & Greater Manila addresses is 2-3 days.
– Standard delivery to non-Metro Manila addresses is 5-8 days.
For order shipping from our US warehouse:

Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

Cash-on-Delivery is available to buyers In the Greater Manila areas for orders up to P5,000.00. This is to ensure safety of both our customers and our delivery agents.

For a smooth delivery transaction, prepare the exact payment amount upon
delivery. Our delivery agents are focused in ensuring prompt delivery of well-packaged items.

Bank Deposit via BDO

  1. Bank Deposit via BDO is available to buyers nationwide.
  2. Deposit your payment to:

    *ESHIP BPO CORPORATION is the delivery arm of CarloPacific.com and Forex Cargo, Inc.
  3. You have 3 business days to deposit your payment to avoid cancellation of your order.
  4. You can pay over- the-counter, via internet banking or via mobile banking.
  5. For over-the-counter (OTC) payment, indicate the following:
    a. Order Number on CarloPacific.com
    b. Complete Name registered on CarloPacific.com.
  6. Some branches may ask for a fee for OTC, depending on your bank’s policies.

Internet & Mobile Banking via BDO

  1. You can use your BDO Mobile for payments.
  2. When making a payment through internet and mobile banking, indicate the Order Number and Complete Name registered on CarloPacific.com.
  3. There might be additional charges or maximum amount limit for such
    transactions, depending on your bank’s policies.
  4. Online and mobile fund transfers made outside business hours of 9am-6pm will be reflected to our system within 1-2 banking days.

PayPal

  1. PayPal is available to buyers nationwide.
  2. For a smooth PayPal transaction, ensure you have funds in your PayPal account to avoid your order being placed on Pending status.
  3. When your order is placed on Pending status, you will have three (3) business days to make the payment.

How do I know if my payment went through?
You will receive your confirmation email with the details of your order. Check your inbox, as well as spam or junk mail to make sure it doesn’t stay unnoticed. If by any chance you did not get a confirmation email, inform us immediately by sending an email to orders@carlopacific.com and we’ll help you from there.

My order is placed on hold. What do I do?
If you already placed your order but you weren’t able to make a payment due to a bank holiday or because it was a weekend, make the payment as soon as you can and send a copy of your payment slip to orders@carlopacific.com with your Order Number.

We deliver nationwide! That means within Metro Manila and to any address in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
For products in our Philippine warehouse, our standard delivery time is 2-3 days to a Metro Manila address. Add 3-5 days to a non-Metro Manila address. For products in our US warehouse, our standard delivery time is 8-12 days to a Metro Manila address. Add 3-5 days (to the 8-12 days) to a non-Metro Manila address. Your products are sourced globally to ensure it being 100% authentic and because of this, some products may take longer to be delivered. For bulk orders, delivery time is 45-50 days.

Philippine Delivery

  1. Do you deliver on weekends?
    • We do deliveries from Mondays to Saturdays with eShip Door2Door.
  2. How to track the delivery of my order?
    • You will be contacted by Team CarloPacific.com through SMS or email before your order will be out for delivery. Please make sure that your contact information is updated.
  3. Can someone else receive my order?
    • In the event that you will not be present in the delivery address on the delivery date, have someone receive the order on your behalf. We will assume that you have authorized a person you trust and we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product after it has been received. If you have chosen the COD payment option, prepare the exact payment amount as our delivery agents do not carry change.
  4. Do you deliver to an office address?
    • Yes, we deliver to an office address. Provide special instructions to the courier and to your office or building security or admin officers. Remember that our delivery agent will only wait for 15 minutes.
  5. May I know the exact delivery date of my order?
    • You will be notified on the schedule of delivery before we dispatch your order through SMS or email. On the day of delivery, an SMS text message or a phone call will also be sent to you once our delivery agent is near your delivery address. Our delivery agent will only wait for 15 minutes.
  6. May I request for a delivery reschedule?
    • You may request for a delivery reschedule. However, there are no guarantees. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but this will depend on the availability of our delivery agents.
  7. What happens if I missed your delivery?
    • If you did not have any advance request and you are not home upon the delivery of your order or someone was not present to receive it on your behalf, you should send us an email at orders@carlopacific.com for a 2nd attempt to deliver. We will only attempt to deliver twice.

Can I edit items in my cart?
To avoid mix-up of orders and delay on your delivery, you are unable to edit the items in your cart once you’ve completed the order. Double-check the items in your cart before proceeding to checkout. Should you want to add more items and you have already completed the transaction, place another order.

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days from the day you received your order. Products should be in its original condition when purchased and must not be used.   1. For Paypal or Credit Card payment method
    • Pending Payment: You placed an order but Paypal or credit card payment is unsuccessful due to lack of funds.
    • Processing: You placed an order; PayPal or credit card payment is successful. Your order is being processed.
    • Order In Transit: Your order has been picked up from our local warehouse is already out for delivery.
  2. For Cash-On-Delivery method (only for Philippines)
    • Processing: You placed an order. Your order is being processed.
    • Order In Transit: Your order has been picked up from our local warehouse is already out for delivery.
  3. For Bank Deposit method (only for Philippines)
    • On Hold: You placed an order. You have to make the bank deposit payment and email us your payment slip. Otherwise, your order will be placed On Hold.
    • Processing: You placed an order. Your order is being processed.
    • Order In Transit: Your order has been picked up from our local warehouse is already out for delivery.
