We knew they wanted an easier way to whip up tasty Swerve-sweetened treats on a whim for birthdays, bake sales, or you know, Tuesdays. So we created Swerve Sweets, a mix-and-bake way to sweeten up every day.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
What you Need:
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp melted butter
Makes 12 cookies
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
WHISK together milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Add baking mix and stir until combined. Add melted butter to mix and stir until well combined.
DROP dough onto parchment-lined or ungreased cookie sheet with a tablespoon. If desired, flatten cookies by gently pressing down.
BAKE cake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet
Note: Place dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes before gently pressing down for a thicker cookie.
